Freezer breakfast burritos

One thing I love is an easy breakfast! And Eric loves breakfast at work. So this is consistantly in our freezer.
So here's the recipe:
1 lb. Sausage, cooked
1 Pkg. Hash browns, browned
2 dozen eggs, scrambled
1 block of Sharp cheese, shredded
Add anything else you like in burritos......I add salsa.

Combine all ingredients, except cheese, and place 1/3 cup of mixture into middle of tortilla. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold into burrito.
I place 2 burritos in a freezer bag. Easy to put into Erics lunch that way. When you eat them at home...heat oven to 350' and bake for 15-20 minutes. Mmmmm....enjoy!!!

 1. We like breakfast burritos around here as well, but I never thought about putting hashbrowns in them! We usually just do a homemade turkey sausage, egg, and salsa (we leave off the cheese because of the dairy allergies). I might have to carve out some time to make up a bunch of these for the freezer because they would be a quick meal!
